Unlike conventional systems, this washline goes through multiple deep - cleaning and purification stages that remove every trace of labels, caps, colors, or contaminants. The result is super-clean recycled PET flakes that meet the strictest global food safety standards, approved by USFDA, EFSA, and FSSAI.
This makes our process far superior to ordinary recycling lines - because our flakes are pure enough to be used again for food and beverage packaging, something only a handful of recyclers worldwide can guarantee.
Our Closed-Loop Water System (Zero Liquid Discharge - ZLD) ensures zero release of wastewater into the environment. Using advanced treatment methods such as multi-stage filtration, evaporation, and crystallization, we recover and reuse every drop of water in our processes.
